1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used or tampered with.

  • Items bought during sale/discount periods unless damaged.

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at info@ridhiso.com with your Order ID and clear images of the product.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back using a reliable courier service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.


4. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
