1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been used or tampered with.

Items bought during sale/discount periods unless damaged.

Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support at info@ridhiso.com with your Order ID and clear images of the product.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Ship the product back using a reliable courier service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.
4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.

For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect items.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
